He heard what had been going on with me and took me out to dinner for some wings and good advice. He said that he heard i had been doing come "Compiling". Dan explained to me through a few personal stories that sometimes, when several bad things happen in a row, we lose the big picture because all we've been doing is compiling all of the bad. He said "Right now your here with me, and we're having fun. Take things one day at a time and enjoy it and stop compiling." I think he had a good point and during this time when lots of crazy things are happening I think Dan would'nt want us to "compile". He would want us to surround ourselves with loved ones and be happy right then... and for that i thank Dan and my family for being there for me and i will continue to be there for any family member that may start compiling.... |
